While it makes sense to optimize each stand alone systems and we should do so, given your accomplishments with many other scripts & methods of trading, would you consider adding to the dialogue your thoughts or illustrations on combining any of your other scripting work with this method? Once this script is optimized, adding other proven but dissimilar approaches might help us find confluence? Some of your stuff that comes to mind is the MM Oscill or UCS Cycle. Maybe some of your Hoffman stuff esp once you get it all in one script might work but likely to make for a busy chart. Using your Kring of Squeeze timing would not compete for chart space. Probably some I cannot recall right now. Horner Wave might be redundant since MA based. Your turn candle could confirm the turning points. I cannot recall if you have any favorite volume indicators.

One Optimization I am back testing. After 30 day cycle for live test the raw version, I will post the updated optimized Strategy 4. It has two classifications for the setup bar, And has different Triggers, (Limiting Stoplosses are the goal, while keeping the target same). Could make this stinky risk to reward for this setup a better one in the future updates. Followers will receive the updates, as usual.

Are you using the bottom edge of the channel for your target since these are shorts? Or do you have some other criteria? Also, what made these 4 good candidates for you? You said you have to learn to pick the stocks for long, short and a mix.
