Boeing Ready to Fly Again? Long

Boeing Company (The)NYSE

Description

Boeing looks interesting--at least in the sense that's it's checking all my boxes for the kinds of trades I look for. Bullish Divergence, check. Buy Zone, check. Price on top of a Supply Zone, check. Normally this would be an easy one to start averaging in. However, as with most stocks there's more to consider than just TA and the overall market is still shaking out. I think this is a great chance for a short-term play, but I'm not ready to go in with full confidence yet.

Happy Trading,

How do you calculate the supply zone?
mercury_rising
@mailman252, a Supply or Demand zone is a range that historically has seen a lot of trading over an extended period. Technically, I should've labeled the zone on this chart as a Demand zone (as it is providing support underneath the price). "Demand" implies that there are historically many buyers who are interested in the asset at these prices. "Supply" implies there are historically many sellers interested in selling at these prices. It's a zone because it's very much a rough estimate and subject to interpretation given many variables (such as the timeframe you're looking at). Hope that's helpful. Good luck!
