BA at a cross roads

Boeing Company (The)NYSE

Description

My last examine of Boeing was a complete failure. This time around I took more time to try and evaluate all possibilities.

BOEING close right up to its year long resistance in addition to 100sma. RSI also has some resistance in this area. Also at the top of its bollingerbands

A breakout here would be huge and I think we could push for 226 fibonacci area before any pullback. 200sma also at 226

If we reject and close below 210 we could pullback to 193 then 170

BA could break a multi-year downtrend that goes back to march of 2019. I think your previous analysis was a complete failure because you are missing fundamental logic behind stock action in 2021. Boeing stock was punished in 2021 due to tax loss harvesting and Covid pressure (Delta to Omicron to record cases) along with the airline industry even though the company was bombarded with great news from China 737 clearance to new orders. I don't see these two main things happening again this year and as a result even thinking about a pullback to $170 has no fundamental logic and will not happen in any scenario even with a devastating market crash. In fact, In case of any type of pullback I don't see this under 200 ever again regardless whether we close below 210 or not. GLTA

@kindCamel62084 I agree! I’ve been telling many traders on here to accumulate. I know I did. You’ll never see prices again from the pandemic. I could give you a dozen fundamental reasons why this and the rest of the sector is bullish with clear catalysts. I accumulated a couple thousand shares and they are ripping. There were all these $170, $100 price targets from these traders saying charts don’t lie hahaha. BA has ripped up nearly 20% in two weeks! I’ve been doing this 20 years, and I know better! Good luck mate!
