The main difference isn't the tech but the people behind it.
The majority of Bitcoin is dispersed amongst the people, Bitcoin Cash is mainly held by Bitmain and other big miners as their ASIC miners are compatible with Bitcoin Cash its algorithm.
You can say it is a centralised held coin with a decentralised wrapping, because of this it is subject to manipulation in the sense of quick pump and dumps and i speculate it will do it over and over again in this range of 0.05-0.25 btc
Bitcoin Cash , when it forked was around 0.1btc, so 10% of what a bitcoin is worth. At the time of writing it is 0.067btc. I think everything below 0.06btc is a buy ( green box ) with first targets above 0.1btc ( orange box ) and last targets around 0.2btc ( red box ).
