It's struggling a little bit here to turn the 200 MA around. This moving average is like a 747 plane compared to the 20 MA being like a fighter jet. So many things to consider when charting. The downward force of the 200 is crushing the wave downward a little bit delaying the rally. It will take a little more time. Don't panic here.
