Until see selling vol and bearish candles momo on long side. Look for flag on 4hour chart for continuation long. I would prefer to see a pullback to $240 support for a long entry.

Looks like a healthy pullback to former support and the 200sma. If cryptos start seeing heavy sell volume and give up more than 50% of recent move I will start to get nervous. Also should watch LTC which jump started the recent rally.
