Got in at $305 due to TA. Rode up and sold into strength once the volume picked up for this one.
Have heard many things... BCH is better, BTC will correct (I agree)... but I have no idea what will happen with this correction. Even with the potential for ETH to jump up... if BTC corrects soon then ETH can follow even lower and so could BCH. BCH has followed BTC... sometimes... other times not, so it's a guessing game. I figure pull profits now as it goes up since I bought so low and wait it out. There is lots of time to get back in another time. Don't get greedy. Don't fall in love with any security or crypto. Make money and bail.
If it suddenly jumps to $1000 I won't like it but I'll respect my profit. There will be down days too.

Interesting article about the upcoming BTC fork and it seems to imply that all may not go well with Segwit2x.
Perhaps it will ultimately fall apart without the proper consensus behind it and others rush to mine BCH instead.
Like your philosophy. One important thing I'm beginning to realize is to not be greedy and to set rules for myself to follow. Probably better for me to program a robot to do this stuff though. Haha!

@bilalghalib, The idea I got from trading long ago was you had to be a robot, no emotions, follow your entrance and exit strategies. Easier said than done when in a big bull run. Of course there's always room for adjustments like selling half the position if you think it's still a bull run. Everyone does things differently. I typically don't try to get to the high because by then everything turns and people start selling and you have trouble getting out, especially if you own a substantial amount. Sell into buying volume. Instead of a 100% gain go for a 75% or maybe a tad more.

By the way... updating... I sold at $558. Made a bunch as I tend to play with larger numbers (sometimes). But that can go against me too. Always be as certain as possible with whatever money you are putting on the line.
