For those who don't know about the BCPT product, the goal here is to conduct a bitcoin transaction before the confirmations happen on the blockchain. They are releasing an app in a day now which will allow people to send and receive their btc over the phone, which can be done now but not through an organized interface.
As far as the TA goes, we've seen this 1.12-1.15 level tested three times, after a large flagpole earlier this morning. This suggests some bullish events in the near future.
