Good question. In this case Risk reward ratio is not too favourable. Should aim for better risk reward ratio. However, I enter a trade when ever I see an oppurtunity after I analyse the setup. I keep it simple. I exit when the price hit the target or stoploss. Let me know if you need any assistance. I will be happy to assist.
