Trade triggered but fast movement and after reaching 73 it fall back fastly and then due to holding ,stop loss triggered.

In my trades Risk reward is based on trade setup mostly .
But few times i am not able to manage my RR & change my stop loss and take more risk which make higher loss in many cases.
