Bankex on Bittrex (Money Locked/Hostage)

Bankex (BKXBTC) has been offline on Bittrex since the 21st of April.
No news from Bittrex.

I contacted support and the staff replied that everything was working fine, it wasn't.

In the next reply, there was no reason as to why they took it down (there was one, "a known glitch in the system") and no date to bring it back on.

Our money is now locked indefinitely

If anybody has any information about this please share.

Every time this happens in the past we ended up losing tons of money, I cannot see any positives out of this one.

Any news please share in the comments section or let us know through a message.

I find this hard to believe, because on the google form you'll find the mention :

* Swap is not available for US residents and citizens.
** EU residents and citizens, please wait for the further announcement. This form is not for you.

I guess we'll have to pretend we're not US/EU citizens.
