watch it right here...if it holds the $2.85 ish area, and starts gaining momentum, you may be correct, but it's a long-term holding -- has taken four years to complete the cup...now, will it form the handle? need to see more volume coming in. fundamentally, current earnings are still bad but annual revenue did escalate in 2017...although Q1 2018 revenues were lower than Q1 2017...so, I think the market may be watching and waiting to see what happens with the next quarter after some good news in re-signing the Audi Agreement...market is not in a hurry to get in right now, but there is support at today's (jun 19, 2018) price...

@meitshel, Gotcha. Id say stray away from holding on to penny stocks for too long but thats just me. Take a look at 50 of them and find out how many of them became good long term investments. It really is a nice C&H though. But the combination of it being a penny stock and over the course of 4 years seems odd to me is all.
