@amirsediq you sneaky guy, hitting targets you didn't even ask for :D I'll do some recon on Bloktopia but does it really sound any different than what most exchanges already offer? I mean they can say all they want that they have the "world's most advanced real time 3D Creation Engine", but unless they've got some kind of service to pump out NFTs for AI-generated CAD models (although it wasn't be best example you get the point). And not to be sound suuuper critical because I am just curious but the part about real estate ownership w/ NFTs is already existing tech. Maybe I'm missing some details here? because my prediction 12 hours ago was a pullback after setting its ATH, but it kept pushing. Got any thoughts on the future/development of this platform? I'll do some research on it next week when I get a moment but if you have any input I'd love to hear.
