Be careful on this one. See the RSI
and normalized level established on the upmove Feb March timeframe. This is where the normalized level was established for THIS particular stock. With any luck, using a one day analysis, the stock may propel to the point to break the 50 level on the RSI
, which would validate the gap filling action. Caveat.......IF there is not enough momentum i/e volume
up/down to establish the RSI
signal, then this would be a classic "dead cat bounce". Again, I am not being a bear
, but am being cautious. I like this stock and want to participate in the next upmove, however, I would like it to be a validated move. Just putting this information out as DD
to others interested in this issue. To monitor this, simply pull one of these charts and format the RSI
and OBV . Set the RSI
to 50 on a daily event basis. Draw trendlines
on the OBV and watch for a move on that indicator that surpasses the prior up move value. And most importantly, Good Luck.
Worth mention: The stochastics is BUY, The DMI
has not crossed, but bullish
since the ADX
is decelerating the last move.
looks good as well for the move.
