@pacman, I think you really might have something here. The logarithmic regression has already been spot on so far from the beginning and the elliot wave seems to do a nice job of accounting for the intercycle variance as you've presented. Maybe if the right numbers cruncher comes along and to tweek this, you could have a really powerful model here! Thanks again!
