$BMS - Potential buyout ft. weekend anxiety

Long
NYSE:BMS   None
SooOooOOooOOooO just going over my bad decisions today, really wasn't feeling the market today at first. Bullish close for most sectors, but started off with an iffy open - originally didn't plan on chase-trading anything seeing the lack of potential, but....... Here I am. Ticker riginally came up on bullish options scanner moving vol surges, then kept on watch just to see what was up (halted right after coming up on scan). News about being acquired by Amcor (Australian competitor) not long after - bit of a regretful illiquid trade due to the volatility spread but, despite the negative outlook, ticker most definitely has potential IF a buyout is legitimate (according to Marketwatch, deal could come to close as early as next week, 08_06 - 08_10). Assuming all is easy money & flowers & good vibes & smiley emojis, we can essentially g.u.a.r.a.n.t.e.e typical premium paid on LBO's ranges is 20% (at the least) - putting target price @ or around $55.50, while current ATH is $53.89 more-or-less. Weekly chart shows the most recent downtrend w/ price below 115 MA, except closing above for end of this week. Since summer 17' Bemis Company Inc has been restructuring itself to clean up as a prospect for a buyout, & the relationship w/ Amcor isn't new at all (sources indicate "Advanced talks" this time, w/ potential ETA of closing). SO, in all, dealfallsthrough&iloseashittonofmoney, OR, Amcor pays 25% premium & $BMS surges above $57 & we can end on a flowers + smiley emojis type of note.
