nope, still BTC is not stable. Price can be affected by Dip in BTC.
It's just to know the condition of the Market.

BNB can breakout as well which is a sign of bullish.

nope. Market can be said to be stable after 17th march or so on.
BTC is acting so weird, taking whole the market with itself.
