I feel I am repeating myself as of late )o:
I do know things have gotten out-of-hand and perhaps slightly, or in some cases, very overvalued. I realize our economy is in trouble and that is not a good prelude for an overvalued market. But we have to take some credit I suppose, for our contribution to the craziness, but we made money on the way up. I am thinking in life, nothing is free and there is almost always a price we pay, eventually.
