This can further increase panic. Further raising the stakes in some of the pharmaceutical companies directly (NVAX) or indirectly (BPMX) in the biotechnology sector.

@meszaros, Biotech is likely to win in markets that are about to crash. The nCOV situation is unlikely to be resolved in under a year. Biotech industries should prevail not just because of vaccine (if it happens) but because of greater need for their products as a whole.
nCOV is highly spreadable but with low fatality. Therefore ultimately I project increasing numbers of cases and deaths. (This does not mean I wish to see these sorts of things).
There is also a probability that nCOV is likely to mutate, become more difficult to treat or manage - and therefore likely to become a chronic epidemic.
