- Price for Boston Scientific Corp
BSX touched the top channel of my selected "major crash" simple moving average area (gray lines). This area is often a major zone of algorithmic buying. Prices often reverse quickly or within months at these levels and hit resistance at the "crash" simple moving average zone (green lines).
- There is a high probability, algorithmically, that once the resistance above happens, a significant decline may proceed. This would occur to close out the two remaining open price gaps all the way down to $31.52 (post-earnings?) Thus, I am creating a starter position here and adding more if this decline happens before targets are reached.
INSIDERS
- Bought shares near $56.00: openinsider.com/BSX
GROWTH
- EPS and revenue anticipated to steadily rise through 2028.
FUNDAMENTALS
- Annual Revenue = $20 billion
- Current P/E = 17x
- Bankruptcy Risk / Alman's Z-Score = 5.5 (healthy / low risk)
- Debt-to-Equity = 0.4x (healthy)
- Short-Term Debt / Quick Ratio = 1.2 (moderately healthy)
- Free Cash Flow Yield = 5.1% (moderately healthy)
ACTION
- Strong company, but weak 2026 growth and strong trading algorithms could eventually push the price into the $30s. Personally, a major buy opportunity at that level for a long-term hold. Thus, starter position at $43.00 with plans to add more shares if the dip happens.
TARGETS INTO 2029
- $50.00 (16.3%)
- $55.00 (27.9%)
