The market cap BTC dominance, %, is highest in 2019 and the RSI indicator shows the maximum level (OVERBUY). It can be good news for ALTS holders that Alts season start soon. On the other hand, if the BTC.D breaks the upper trend-line it is no Alts season anymore, and we will only see a few Alt coins survive in this massacre!!!
