Why do people treat dominance charts like they're a single cryptocurrency or stock? You're looking at the whole market; you can't do simple technical analysis like this. If you have a single stock, traditional TA makes some sense, because your variables are much more limited, so you can analyze to some extent individual buy and sell behavior on that stock. When you take the whole market, your variables are increasing 10,000 fold minimum because you're making a bunch of assumptions about individual asset's interactions with all other assets. This is total nonsense.

i will say i have always followed your posts,but,do you need to use phrases like blood bath. If price of bitcoin goes down to a level people think it is worth investing in then the dominance will go up and alts normally lose around half to a third more than bitcoin in general. So life goes on !! as will crypto
