Bitcoin dominance will definitely continue going up but in a bull market, the dominance won't go above 45-50%.
In a bear market, yes, dominance might go back to 50-60%.

Yes I think there's still some time to keep building alt positions. If btc & alts tank, well, all the more time to keep adding
