does this mean that the alts could come up with a bull run soon?

@iyawewilson, not really mate. it could mean that if BTC push too much on Dominance, alts would be delayed in the next Bull Run. Normaly when BTC starts his bullrun, alts are oppressed and Rally when BTC starts his decline. no worry anyway!
