That said, I like your choice of timeframe with the purple boxes. Very key. I agree. There are some key reasons for that... and Willy the MtGox trading robot excuse for the up move in 2013 does not deter me.
So given this time frame the MA38 is in play UNLESS you extend your first box to include the low on July 1 2013. That being the case we stop here go higher and maybe get a wick from much higher levels that kiss the MA38 as in your box or maybe not even that.
