On chart we see that bullish crossover is coming, but we already saw a good growth and that's why I treat this cross as a bearish one.
Plus you see that RSI did not pass the resistance border and was not even able to get into an overbought zone.
Because we have Bearish Mid-Term trend this signal can play very well. But read the first line before to take any actions :)
