This analysis is done on short term period. If you will look at bigger picture, we are in some kind of cycle. Look for repeating patterns.

@MiloszKaszynski, Yes it is repeating a pattern that ended on July 16th. I agree, in the longer term the future for Bitcoin has a good outlook. Near term we could have a pull back to as low as 3000 - 3500 range.
