@CryptoDogg213 I like to smoke brisket or turkey is good too. have you ever used a traeger? man they really are functional smokers, you should check it out!

@CryptoDogg213 can't forget about smoked salmon, especially if you do it on a cedar plank.. hit it with some lemon, then brush with a little rosemary infused olive oil and then smoke that bad boy until you get a nice crust on the outside then mow down on that goodness.
