time to buy BITCOIN ?

All we have seen so far is Bitcoin struggling with the strength of dollar

Right now we see bitcoin forming double bottom

Technically that means the sell is over so we wait for bitcoin to create a strong buy signal and then we buy at 11600

Many ppl claiming BTC will go lower, back to CME gap 9.6k and lower blabla I agree with this analysis and see BTC going to 14k before any major dump will occur. Thanks for analysis
