here we are again at a time when everybody is on the other side of the emotional pendulum and this time - buy as much BTC as you can. This is the best time to short since this is the time when people forget risk management and start to put their life savings to a trade. And we are here to profit from that. So short at this level with a stop loss set above las week highs and ride the emotional rollercoaster down. Also some people think that in the times of financials uncertainty, GLD breaking multi year highs and SPY being stuck in the same range for more than a year - People will buy BTC. They forgot already Jerome Powell's regulatory speak and the fact that US tax office is taxing now everybody's BTC as it was a asset (lets say a house) and more regulations are coming.
