Looks like this pattern is setting up. Perfect situation would be to touch the top of the bar for a 3rd time (take a short) then watch BTC drop back to 3200 level. I think we have a way to go before we are bullish personally
I'd personally ignore that random spike around the 14/15 Oct 2018. It's an outlier as Bitmex went down for approximately 4 hours and drove the price up.
We're pretty damn close to ending the bull market, but I feel we're still not out of the woods yet...
