If 42k brakes ... the hell will brake loose ....especially after repeating H&S from previous ATH. In that scenario we can see 30k and possible flash to low to mid 20k. If we hold 42k and bounce from it, we might see 53 in Jan and possible completion of bigger H&S at 58k. Please Do not expect ATH from BTC in next 2 month since it's located in a broader consolidation range between 30-60k. It can take month's to unfold and it's heavily depends on SP500 and situation with Running co-Rona fears.
