Stop orders will keep you in the game.

Came home from work and when I woke up my stop kicked in. I cannot encourage anyone with any better advice here with trading other than setting stop losses or you'll loose lots more.

I got mad at myself because while I did set a stop on the way down I did not set a stop on the way up. Not a good move. But this is how we learn.
