BTCUSD — Lower Liquidity Still in Focus

91
Bitcoin moved lower overnight and took out the strong liquidity pool at 73,888.35.

That leaves the next lower liquidity inside the range at 71,067.10. As of now, that is the level I am focused on. Price has already shown that it is willing to work lower, and the buy-side liquidity underneath remains the cleaner draw.

Nothing has changed enough to call for a higher rotation yet. None of the daily highs have broken, and without that, there is no real evidence to say the structure has shifted. A bounce can happen at any time, but a bounce alone is not enough to change the read.

The natural thing for Bitcoin near the end of the month is to make traders uncomfortable. It can give the first week of the new month something to trade into, then reverse back toward a stronger liquidity pool. That is not something to treat as fact, but right now price has not done enough to argue against it.

So for now, 71,067.10 remains the next downside level in focus.

The only issue here is location. Price is already extended lower in the current swing, so this is not a clean place to add risk. The better job is to manage what is already open, protect capital, and wait for price to reach a better area again.

Until daily highs start breaking, the downside read stays in place.
