@boi, 85% drop is a big assumption, and i disagree with it because it fails to account for diminishing returns. 2014 was -87%, 2018 was -84%, and i think 2022 will be closer to -81%. if we assume your 69K top (which i also disagree with), -81% would put the bottom around 13k. certainly possible, but not probable. only time will tell! good luck
