BTC needs to move past 3865 for a possible move to 4186

BTC needs to move past 3865 (the green line) for a possible move to 4186 . Nice looking bullish candle but ill error on the side of caution and wait for a move past 3900 for my entry.
This is also a 9 candle on the 12 hour which means a possible 1 to 4 Candle move up and then possibly down .
