You can look at the RSI and see its Bearish. Lower highs were created while lower lows or equal lows on the inveted chart. Understand the price should have been making higher lows instead. This reveal reversal and bearish intention to target potential deeply oversold territory.

@jryda, The reason it "Capitulates" is because the places people think support dont margin Longs on leverage when liquidated result in market SELL to MARKET alot of time is badly placed stop losses, in poor liquidity inside orderbook.
