As we realizing we have not hear about Bitcoin lately. Is the hype over?
How every after analysing this market in the Daily timeframe . We could find a down trend channel which indicates us that we will hit 6000$ soon.
If we break about 8500$ we probably will continue an uptrend to 14.000$
We have put a Fibonacci low from 3500 and high 14000$. Right now we are sitting on the psycological 61,8 % zone in the weekly.
Whats going to happen here? We have 2 scenarios
1. scenario would be we break that level 61.8% . This would be our confirmation that we have a downtrend.
2 scenario would be if will decline that level and we have a weekly close and decline about that level. Confirmation would be long term.
We are really optimistic about Bitcoin that we will have an long trend. Many traders mistaken downtrend and retracements.
As we had a major retracement but whats next?
But as you can see and analyse in the Price the japanese candlesticks got very small. Means there is absolutely no trading volume?
What is happening? We want to figure out and do our home work?
Tips:
For intraday we think its good to find some pull backs to go with the trend. We wouldnt suggest you counter trades.
For mid term traders we suggest that you find a new way to enter the market and hold if you havent been in a trade.
Stoploss would be a large one so look out for fundamental news.
