Cardwell Style RSI / Very Tight Chart / Un-Cool Break. I am still interested in this action but there is an underlying riggy feel to this move. I found it very telling when Charlie was telling us about LTC; we should see some transfer or redemption soon. As we do more research and evaluation with Cardwell I expect reading price will become easier. For now though it is very, very tough. And I am good. Geesh.
