When I read @thecryer's post this morning, this 4-word post came to my mind. I think he writes very true words that we should all keep in mind. Well done. I quote him: ...

- Retailers try to win money in the Both Ways because they are just greedy, Long and Short BTC , the problem is when you Short BTC you don't have your coins... you have your "Short Contract" (x2 at least). - When you are shorting a disinflation technology, it means you are fighting with something made for a best future, less poverty, more equitability, better world for your family. - When you are shorting BTC you are taking the risk that the exchange you are using close or get a hack, you cannot move a contract in an hardcore Wallet, but if you buy BTC , you can move coins in your Ledger. - When you are shorting BTC , you own nothing. Not your coins. Not your Key. just the wind.
- i hope this makes some people's open eyes about a greedy financial system.

I get it. I'm a huge BTC bull long-term along with mostly everyone on this platform. But there seems to be a crowd-driven, lingering downward sentiment (look at how many upvotes were given to this idea) of "come on guys, KEEP BUYING, the whales will buy!", especially on tradingview and crypto sites (this is obvious) with no real reasoning behind these claims. At least not yet. This is very reminiscent of 2015 and 2018. Just go on wayback machine and look at the TV frontpage and all the wrong ideas that were upvoted with blind optimism. Meanwhile economic conditions are not the same as when we made the first 65k top recently, and if anything, conditions are worse and are pointing towards recession. People need to be vigilant and be careful, is all. Not saying it won't go up, but please do your fiduciary duty and don't get screwed.

@a83hj9jago8w4gb2gvbczxjn35, my friend i m here since 6 years and in cryptoindusty since 2015. for me btc and crypto is hope. really. i believe this. and i m sure we are at the beginning. i m well connected and this is not only my humble opition. i bought at the really bottoms and i m hodling. so in this matter you can call my a whale. i only recomend that hodling from btc different to other assets. and for my it doesnt matter if we go lower, because at the end we go much higher. thx for your comment i like the kind of dialog. and believe i rethink all your point my friend. :-)

@BTCINVESTING, The small child of BTC Ravencoin had it's first halving and is now going through this first J curve. BTC will probably break the 70K barrier in the coming months.

@BTCINVESTING, right on. Thank you as well, and strongly agree on a long-term basis. Was just trying to get my thoughts out on the short-term. Honestly I thought we would see 100k-1mill before 2020 but wasn't betting on it. I don't like seeing it go lower but am currently looking for 46k+ by the end of month (lunar new year) which would signify strength.
