I think this down trend is getting very weak. It can grind lower, but I think it is safe to start buying for the next few weeks. We should get a good shortterm move on altcoins.
I'm seeing at least 3x on most altcoins coming. Smaller the market cap usually the bigger the return.
You never know when it is going to take off, but it is very close
