BTCUSD - Historic volume dips correlate with price dipping

BTCUSD - Historic volume dips correlate with price dipping. Looking at previous trends, it looks like the support needed to breakout of the downward triangle has not arrived. Volume oscillator could turn around, but looks like a bearish market right now. I wonder where the whales are looking to come in, but for now, it looks like a slow and boring market doesn't do much for the value of BTC.
