Clear signal for me is some of the signals mentioned in literature: pullback, anti, failure test, some of the formation, sometimes resistance or support, etc

but as i see now BTC Will Dont go Up Soon, I see that it will go down within next few hours again. when do you think it will across 670 $ !

Probably we are looking for other time frame. You are talking in hours my chart is in days and I study weekly and dayly candels. I am always susspected when long term support (red line, mean in my charthing that I put line in montly candelstics) is near the price. But be carefull if price goes in your direction move your stop and lock your loose.
