People laughing and feeling happy about their 5500/5000/whatever bids being filled - they will end up upset.

We can see weekly MACD crossing bearish with almost no upwards momentum the past few weeks. The pain will be extreme.

Target: 2000-3000 within 6 months.

if we r all so confident in a reversal at some point. and that btc will hit ATH at some point within a yr or 2. than i dont see how theres any pain. just more oppertunity to buy cheap

You are correct, people just don't see how this can be possible, but the fact is, bear markets takes time and people that long this stuff, lose almost all their money in doing so.
