This guy has totally lost it, he was all in cash and shorts at 29k and BTC just punishes those who think they know whats coming next lol. Seen it time and again. Many traders from 2017 got rekt after B2x scan dump too.. and were bearish throughout Nov/Dec 2017, missing the epic melt up. Now this guy is drawing lines on a 15 min chart trying to claim its TA.
