The ideal answer is XAU & BTC is collaboration vs USD. Same assets. I see the same chart between BTCUSD & XAUUSD.

@NemoTrader, Let alone the fact that bitcoiners say its trustless and decentralized yet, once a gold miner extracts the gold from the ground the utility from the gold can used forever without a obligation of a miner in the past or future to anything, while a bitcon if I mine it, in order to do anything with it, I need a miner to expend resources just to push forward the existence of a already mined bitcon.

@NemoTrader, this would be a fair comparison if a bitcoin weighed 10 ounces, but as it’s a digital asset and can be transferred to anyone in the world almost instantly then obviously that requires a network structure to facilitate it.
