hey guys welcome once again for another Bitcoin update
now first i want to apologise to all of for not updating from last seven days, cuz weather is changing here and i was sick so taking rest from some days, but now am feeling much and ready to do my job, so here's my latest update for you...
now so lets start from where we've left it, have a look at my previous update which i posted when bitcoin was around 6700 and precisely predicted all the major levels as support and resistance, just look at it and hit the play button and just see the magic you'll definitely amaze...
ive said for a pullback upto 7800 level and here we are...
now moving towards the top chart so you'll see that we've formed a very nice contracting diagonal formation which usually occurs in wave 1 indicates for a trend reversal, but also this formation occurs in corrective waves so still we dont know whether its the start of wave 1 or it is just a small corrective wave and downtrend continues.
this puzzle can only be solve if we cross 55 weekly EMA (blue line) and continue to move higher level and break 8200 resistance zone, till than bears have the control over prices.
now the white line you see is 21 monthly EMA, which is most important support zone we need to see right now, you'll see that prices strongly holding this level above 7200 or the green box and most likely bulls could succeed to rescue prices at this level and we see a nice pullback towards 55WEMA or 7800-8000 resistance zone.
here's another important chart you need to see, looks at the channel formation coming right from 13800 july highs and crossing the exact green zone ive mentioned, this area between 7800-8000 will the major battlefield of bulls and bears and this zone will decide the future price direction.

daily close below the yellow line which is monthly 21 EMA is an alarming signal for bitcoin, which right now is sitting around 7225
