The price cannot rise above falling trend line. The momentum is not high but the tendency seems to be clear,

It is not the real target that we have reached. But there is no momentum at moment and it looks like a broad consolidation now. I see the danger of a breakout over the 17240 stoploss., however, this is not imminent. A new position will depend on how the sideward band once will be left.
