New lower highs, new lower lows, accumulation zone, rsi is descending...nothing special

Bitcoin not even trying to crack the resistance, it just stay there...

Next support is at around 3.400

So...3.400 or 3.800?

I'm expecting this to be a bart, right now it's acting like the pump before a dump. Looks like a good RRR since the target is all the way down at prior support and you can define risk using the region above the bart top.
