Target Point 3 (TP3) is not likely to happen guys.. I ll check the charts again when if it hits TP2 after TP1.. so we ll see if TP3 is valid or not.. cuz it has so low possibility but not impossible..

Price manipulation happened, and TP3 came so fast.. not normal..
@RensBruin, yep, cuz price manipulation and coinrail hacked, thats why price dropped so fast unexpectedly, 6500 target hit very fast.. i ll update it soon..
